6 ft., 240lbs., 13% body fat at 38 yrs. old. diet consists of minimal carbs and fats while injesting my body weight in protein daily. I train 4 days/wk. with weights on top of my fight training. My cardio is great. 45min./6 days/wk/2x per day. weighed 260lbs. dec. 2005. I will fight at 220 in april. what can I combine w/stanazol to mantain my strength and not loose quality muscle. I was told the stanazol will asist in dropping water weight, is this true?
I compete in nhb/mma events so I need to mantain strength for the ground game, but I don't want to sacrifice strength when loosing that much weight to gain more quickness.
