Anyone recommend Stallones products at GNC? He has Protein Powder and Pudding. The pudding is 20g of Protein, No sugar, 2g of carbs, 100 calories.

I just tried the pudding for the first time today an it tastes great! It has 0g sugar listed, but dextrose is an ingredient. Isnt dextrose a sugar? Does it have minimal blood sugar impact or something?

Not sure anyone care to respond??

i got a friend who works at gnc and he says the products doesnt move it to damn expensive

i was asking the same question about instone products

i looked up dextrose:

http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/magazine03/dextrose.htm
Dextrose

"Dextrose, commonly called glucose, d-glucose, or blood sugar, occurs naturally in food, and is moderately sweet. It is a monosaccharide (basic unit of carbohydrates, C6H1206) and has a high glycemic index (digested carbohydrates ability to raise blood glucose levels, also called Gl) ranking at 100."

I dont get it. How does the pudding then claim to have 0g sugars and 1g carb? And how is it "low carb" if its so high GI?

I have tried his Intake performance &lean fire. I like them both, sure they are pricey, but compare ingredients with others...&you will see why Instone is expensive, his protien powders/meal replacements are LOADED with great stuff, vitamins, minerals, protien, omega 3 fatty acids, great products.
The Lean Fire fat burner/energy enhancer works excellent, in combination with healthy eating habbits &cardio, I lost a lot of fat &got a very chiseled look :)

Great products! can't argue with Sly, who at nearly 60 &still sports a 6 pack &well toned physique...and always has!
