You can get instant sugar free pudding and add in whey protein and probably will cost you pennies for a serving. Whey is an excellent filler for foods...just add the appropriate amount of liquid/water to compensate the addition.
The sugar free jello pistachio flavor is the shizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzznit The whey with the water gives it a milk-like consistency too... rather than if you just did say sugar free pudding with water. Only drawback is a higher carbs per serving if that is an issue and the fact that it's hard not to eat all 4 servings at once. I recommend blending it then throwing it in a bowl...Major plus: Only takes 5 minutes to chill in a fridge!
