SO i did it. first day on amp and 2nd day of cyclo/havoc.
Nothing to noticeable yet for strength other than focus and endurance.
I did shoulder/tri today and i just thought my chest recovered but PWO my abs were even more diced and i though i belonged on a cover of some magazine. i couldnt get out of the locker room pwo i was so wowed.
Will strength/size also come pretty crazyily in this 6 week cycle

I'm on week four, just about to start week five of this same stack. I couldn't stay on the RawMCC as it gave me diarrhea. I went to a kre-alkylyn capsule and life is much better. Amp02 absolutely rocks. As far as strength, you will be blown away. I started feeling it at the end of the first week. Just one example - my bench is up 50lbs.
How are you sure it was the RawMCC causing the diarrhea?

When I started taking it, I got diarrhea. I took it for over a week hoping that I would get used to it. When I stopped taking it the diarrhea stopped. Just to be sure, I tried it again and immediately got diarrhea. It's a bummer because I bought two bottles of it. I opened and used portions of both as one is in my travel bag.
By the way, checked my weight and bf% today - 218lbs, 15.4% bf. I started at 204lbs and 19.4% bf. I think the Dermacrine is kicking in as well!

I have said it before and will say it again I have yet to see anything out there that gives the strength gains that cyclotren gives with out major gains in weight. Its very scary and almost to the point where I was thinking something was not right.

I've taken this stuff, and I'm sorry, you are not gonna increase your bench by 50 pounds in a week. that's impossible.
Maybe its mental but i declined 40 lbs more than i have in ages.
Bro, i barely gained 50 pounds on bench in 6 weeks on da jooz. I'm just sayin it's is extremely unlikely that amp02 gave you those kind of results.
Amp02 is definitley the best pre-workout and NO2 supplement i have ever tried, but those results are extremely hard to believe.

He is not getting the strength from the amp02 bro. Even the best No2 product will not give you much in the form of immediate strength gains. yes it will give you much more gym intensity witch in turn will give you more strength if your busting your ass in the gym 300% harder but not immediate and fast strength gains. He is getting strength gains from the Cyclotren/Havoc. I for one do not find it hard to believe that he has gained that much strength at all.

I totally missed the "with havoc/cyclo" part of the thread. I was thinking it was just about amp02 and rawmcc. Okay, then yes, it is very possible. I was sitting here thinking this guy was on crack thinking amp02 gave 50lbs on his bench.

RawMCC can cause intestinal distress because of the Magnesium. Same reason why SuperPump250, or other NO-2 products can cause diarrhea.

You mean Superdump250? Lol thats what some call it. A lot of people get the superdump effect and then again some dont. its a shame because it is an awesome pre workout.

No need for me to BS. I'm 37 and just happy to be feeling closer to 18 again. Not that 37 is old or anything...

Does Amp02 have a lot of magnesium? I only got the shytes when I took the RawMCC. Maybe the combination of Amp and Raw was the issue. The good news is that I briefly lost weight on the product

Raw MCC stands for magnesium something creatine. it will give you the shits if magnesium gives you the shits.
