Hello all, i was thinking of adding the yohimburn and nyc cutter kid to my cutting cycle. I bulked for about 4 months and want to show off all my hard work now. I would say i am at about 14% bf right now, my goal is to get down to atleast 10% considering i am a point guard. I will be on a diet consisting of mainly protein, like chicken, steak, and turkey, the only carbs i will really get is rice and oats. Oh, and i also do cardio 30 minutes in the morning on an empty stomach 4 days a week. I have been on this diet for about 2 1/2 results and there are zero noticeable results. Will yohimburn and nyc help me? If so how long do u think it would take to notice results or how long till i reach my goal? Thanks a lot everyone.
