Hi fellow gym goers,
I've been training for over 3 years, I'm 26 and want to add more size. I've been researching on AS for more than 6months but I'm still learning, which another reason why I'm on here to ask you guys first hand for help.
My stats are: 5ft4 (bit short), ~12-15% Bf, 32"waist. I train and eat sensibly and I take creatine 6g, protein, BCAAs, HMB and glucosamine 1g.
I want to start my 1st cycle in a few weeks using dbol having read from threads that its very good. However, I'm not quite sure what is best to stack it with so I wont lose muscle mass post cycle. I have anti-estrogen and post recovery gear on standby such as proviron, clomid and nolvadex.
The question is what can I take to avoid mass loss?
