Stack Overkill????

Need help so I don't overdo a stack:

Want to use a thermo like "Clen" or "MD6" with "Guggulbolic" and "Glucorell R". Problem is Clen claims to have gugguls already so would I take too much by adding Guggulbolic? Also Glucorell R is mainly R-ALA, would that put me over the edge if stacked with Clen or MD6? Just need to know how much and with what I can stack.
 
If by clen, you mean clenbuterol, it does not have any type of gugglesterones in it. It is an asthma medication. If this isn't the "clen" you're talking about, then you're going to have to be more specific with product names if you want an accurate answer.

Clenbuterol and MD-6 both stimulate the central nervous system, and shouldn't be mixed. Otherwise, I see no problem with combining the rest - they work through completely different mechanisms. Gugglesterones (provided they actually do anything, which is debatable) affect the thyroid, and Glucorell-R affects insulin sensitivity and blood sugar.

Sorry, I meant "Clenbuterx", it says it has E and Z guggulsterones, but was unable to find out what type are in "Guggulbolic". Also, I appreciate any other input as to what I may add to my proposed stack to make it more effective or take care of another aspect of my body I may be overlooking. Thanx
 
I should be honest and say that I don't know E or Z gugglesterones from my ass, just that their efficacy in supporting the thyroid is overhyped. :)

I've taken gugguls before, and I definitely felt warmer and kind of tingly, but any number of biochemical mechanisms could have been responsible for that. Take niacin, for example - 500 milligrams in one shot will make you flush and sweat uncomfortably even if you're sitting still - doesn't mean your thyroid is working better, it just means that your blood vessels are dilated like mad.

If you're not taking any kind of stimulant or glucose disposal agent right now, simply adding one or the other or both should yield great results. I could absolutely not live without my r-ALA, and take it even when I'm not cutting. Regular, racemic ALA is nearly as good as well. If you tend towards food cravings (especially carbs), 1-2 grams of L-Tyrosine, and/or 50-150 milligrams of 5-HTP will greatly reduce them... those are pretty much the only things I'd recommend adding to your stack, and then only if the Clenbut-rx or MD-6 plus ALA aren't working well enough.
