Please guys It's St. Pete's, please don't change the topic and tell me to go/ live elsewhere in Fl. (please, not to come off as a dick) but, I aready have the house & just need some good info on above.

The 4th Street location was recently built. Its still basically brand new. The Crosswinds location has racquetball facilities. I've never been to their Park Blvd. location.

If you have kids who will be attending public school, St. Pete now has school choice. You can pick where you want your child to attend. You can read about the school's state rating on the school board's site located at: www.pinellas.k12.fl.us

Oh yeah as far as gyms there Golds, on 66th street and about 60th av north, us19 and 50th av south, and on 38th av and second street north. Theres body dynamics on Pasadena and Park, theres a Y on central av and 58th st south. Downtown St Pete has the city gym, and there are a few neighborhood 24 hour gyms. Honestly, if you want to train seriously in St Pete its best to have your own equipment at home. All the gyms suck, and the people are straight out the trailer for the most part. But its better than Jersey I suppose.

It's a pretty safe bet that just about anything that is water front (saltwater) is nice in FL.

I have always wanted to visit St. Petersburg. I think it would be a alright place to live. well shit, just about any place in florida would be nice I think. but yeah, I have always wanted to visit all the historical places there. I had no idea it was ghetto though if this is true. I guess there are a lot of afrocans in florida though, they have a tendency to muck everything up and love doing it as well.
