SSRI's killing my appetite

I am having a really hard time eating as much as I need to. I have been on antidepressants for a few years and they suppress my appetite. Is there anything I can take to combat that? And no, I will not smoke pot .

One thing that may be pertinent in my case: I have never used steroids. Does steroid use do anything for your appetite?

Im not sure what can be done while on SSRI's aside from seeking help to learn to deal with life off of them. Certian AAS do cause an increase in apetite, EQ is notorius for it.
