that's right it was another leg day here in NY. Felt good I had about 7 hours sleep and felt like a milliuon dollars.
115x8, 205x8 felt like nothing, 265x5 real light just did them to get ready for my real sets
, 330x8 flet great on this one lockout nice and strong past parallel by at least 4 inches, 330x8 last two reps I needed to take a little pause in between but the bar went up with good speed and lockout. I sat down and proceeded to puke everything I ate earlier into a trash can
. up 15lbs
Front squat 185x6, 225x6,225x6 got the quesy feeling again but luckily I didn't hurl anymore. up from 185

superset with leg ext and ham curls
200x10/100x8
220x10/115x8
250x8/130x8
calf raises 4x200 for 15reps
all in all 40minutes, girl started to scream when I was puking. she asked "why do you do that to yourself? you don't have to squat so much? no one else uses that kind of weight?"
As i looked up from the trash can I started to laugh, and said that is why I use that kind of weight
. the football coach saw me do this and commented on how he never sees anyone go past prallel anymore
