squats, puke and a compliment

that's right it was another leg day here in NY. Felt good I had about 7 hours sleep and felt like a milliuon dollars.
115x8, 205x8 felt like nothing, 265x5 real light just did them to get ready for my real sets;) , 330x8 flet great on this one lockout nice and strong past parallel by at least 4 inches, 330x8 last two reps I needed to take a little pause in between but the bar went up with good speed and lockout. I sat down and proceeded to puke everything I ate earlier into a trash can:bawling: . up 15lbs

Front squat 185x6, 225x6,225x6 got the quesy feeling again but luckily I didn't hurl anymore. up from 185

SLDL 185x8,185x8,185x8 no problems here
superset with leg ext and ham curls
200x10/100x8
220x10/115x8
250x8/130x8

calf raises 4x200 for 15reps

all in all 40minutes, girl started to scream when I was puking. she asked "why do you do that to yourself? you don't have to squat so much? no one else uses that kind of weight?"
As i looked up from the trash can I started to laugh, and said that is why I use that kind of weight;) . the football coach saw me do this and commented on how he never sees anyone go past prallel anymore:fro:
 
I've never gotten so nausiated to the point of vomitting... YET...

Closest I've came was doing 10 sets of squats... after the last set I had to lie on the ground for about 5 minutes until i stopped seein double..
lol

When I do squats I feel dizzy and everything seems super bright, like fuzzy speckles in my vision, never puked though, although I feel like I want to sometimes, but... nope, never have yet.

kudos to you man, intense squater you are.

but remember ...your wasting $ throwing up those protien shakes ..lmao
 
Now get someone to train with you and make them throw up, that is truely great! I love to train with others who say "I can squat/pull/ bench so and so" and then pummeling them, making them wonder. Of course i get my share of reality checks also.

Dirty Workout- I usually don't puke much but lately I have been in the zone, everyday I am adding weight so I just feel more intense when I get in the gym

DrBones try a set for 20 on squats, all my sets are done with a pause at the bottom and past parallel

Lee-unfortunately these are not pr's, I just haven't really been squatiting much over the last few years cause all my partners wanted to do is curlks and bench:rolleyes:

Jolly- and Mrs.beverely you'll get there, if I can puke up a shake cause I lift that hard I am willing to pay the loot;)

Dbcooper- I am trying to get my friends to be like that, sad enough no one is taking the challenge

Puking is a beautiful thing isn't it? Last time it happened to me was in the gym parking lot. People were walking by watching all confused as I spewed with a smile and a thumbs up, while my 2 lifting buddies were cheering me on.:) Lifters are some weird fuckers.
 
Umm, I've never understood why people on here consider puking a good thing. It's very detrimental. I realize people are all different, but in general you don't puke if there's sufficient time between your pre workout meal and the beginning of your (leg :) )workout. Of course, it can still happen but even under enormous strain I myself find it impossible to come even close to puking if there's been 2 hours since my last meal.
 
I'd like to nominate this for the Training board's most testosterone-laiden thread for 2003....(even despite the fact that TinkerBelle posted on it).

actually about 5 days ago i was doing deadlifts for the first time in about a month, and i was kinda mad cuz since my diet started im just not moving the weight i used to like 5 months ago (PR set was 425x7)...so anyways i finished my 3rd set of 365 for 8 and felt dizzy, went in the bathroom and puked up water and egg whites into the toilet like a goddamn firehose it was echoing all through the locker room LOL...then some water or puke spalshed onto the bottom of my sweatpants, so i had to splash sink water on my face and shirt to cover up, so it looked like sweat instead of puke or piss...then i went and finished my workout, felt a lot better too...gotta love it, im weaker now but at least i still know im training balls to the wall:D
 
man, i just puked two days ago after training legs... i think it was the combination of the squats and thousands of crunches. i couldn't make it to my car so i puked behind the tennis courts... good times
