Squats and deads enough for glutes?

for bodybuilding deep squats and deadlifts are plenty for the glutes IMO. I like the reverse hyper machine but don't readily have access to one so I don't use it unless i'm really trying to assist in chasing some powerlifting numbers.
 
for general purposes, you can develop your glutes just fine with squats and deads. but a GHR or reverse hyper....builds "power" in the glutes. hehe. plus, i don't think you'd hurt from having a little junk in the trunk. i doubt you'll get any complaints.

doing just reverse hyper with bodyweights is pretty good in and of itself, you can set it up by facing backwards on a roman chair.
 
my ass is huge and my hams too. i dont even directly train them. no leg curls, reverse hypers, no mumbo jumbo like that. i just squat and DL like a madman every week.
