they both have good and bad points.

would be my choice......if you can fit it in your gym.

the J hooks can be placed backwards (the exact position as in the photo) which will allow you to do exercises outside the rack.

plus you have the chinning bar....and there is no big bar thing at the back.....which will limit some movements like good mornings.

but if you purchased the cheaper one.....you would have enough options.
