Squat question

Which way do you guys have your toes facing when squatting? I have noticed even when I try to keep them pointed straight ahead they tend to start pointing outward. I'm thinking its a flexibility issue or something.

stretch your glutes. foam roll em. you'll get down there.

bignate -- you believe in that foam rolling business? I've heard good things . . . but just sounds . . . :rainbow: I mean, wouldn't you have to really push hard to make it work? And how do you contort your body around to foam roll your shoulders, for example. Please share.

I use it primarily for lower body. anyone who can't get down low squatting, i could probably get more depth out of with some simple piriformis/glute foam rolling. for smaller areas a rolling pin works great or a tennis ball. also, when you have adhesions and trigger points, it doesnt take that much pressure to get them to release.
