Spyware elimination programs?

Are there any good FREE programs that will elilminate spyware and hidden files on your computer. Ones that services like Morpheus installs?

ad aware is the best program out there, and its free!
go to www.tucows.com or any other download site and search for it. the current version is 5.7.1, so anything around there will work.
also, if you're doing it to get rid of anything kazaa related, kazaa wont work after its evil program affiliates have been deleted. BUT good news, go to www.kazaalite.com and download that. Its kazaa, minus the BS.

Ad-aware is good for removing spyware from your pc their latest version is 5.81 go to the link below and bookmark it because they will keep releasing newer versions that will get rid of new spyware.

Ok, I downloaded the adaware. Installed it, ran the scan funtion, but I have NO CLUE to what to look for. It gave me a list of things (126 items) that it "found". What to do? Just eliminate all those?

No... it only has ONE BS attached to it, but if you delete the BS... it won't work anymore. Stupid Spyware programs.

k after it finds all the evil programs, click continue and it'll take you to a screen with all the programs named, and boxes beside them. click all the boxes, then click delete... and you're set!

and i dont THINK that kazaa lite comes with spyware... but i didnt program it so i can't say for certain.
