Spring Break Cutting

I am currently 5'11 205 at 10% bodyfat.

I am leaving to Jamaica in approx. 2 months, and looking to get shredded. All advice to help me is appreciated.

Here is what I am doing thus far....
Supplementation: 10 week cycle of clenbuterol, protein shakes twice a day, mega men. (trying to stick to basics but what essential supplements or vitamins am I missing?)

Cardio: Morning before breakfast Stairclimber 45 minutes, 4 times a week burning approx. 1200 calories per session. Evening run 3 times a week.

Diet: Basic Atkins diet cutting out all carbs, basically just tuna salads, chicken breast, and protein shakes.

Workout: Still have not decided, probably regular full body workout with only a minute in between sets and higher reps.

I am looking to get down to about 185, not too concerned about losing some muscle.
 
COncerning a cutting cycle it really depends on what you used in the past and liked. But I'd say something like test prop/anavar (50mg ED of prop with 30-40mg ED of anavar). Not very complicated but enough to get some strenght and quality gains.

IMHO you could drop your BF without losing muscle mass or even lbs at all. If your goal is just to drop your weight then just stick with a calorie deficit and intense cardio/training.
