**Spread Dbol out over the day, or mostly pre-workout?***

Ok,
I've read that it is optimal to spread the dosage throughout the day, thus keeping your levels steady. But then I heard that in order to make good gains, you need higher levels than that achieved by this even dosage method. In other words, you need to take the majority (say, 20mg of 25 or 30) of your dose a few hours before your workout and you'll achieve the high levels you need during your workout. SO, which way is better?

d-bol has a half life of about 4 hours which mean to keep the amount level in the body you should break the dosage up throughout the day. I have heard of people waking up in the middle of the night to take their d-bol
 
I am on d-bol now and I take mine 3 times a day: when I wake up, middle of the afternoon, and before I go to bed. I have had good strength gains.
 
I am on now and take all 30mgs pre workout. I split it up 3 times a day on non workout days. I think the added pre workout aggression = added strength = added growth IMO.
