Spot shooting to increase size

I've heard a few times that spot shooting in certain muscles will help to gain size in those muscles. For example, want bigger biceps, inject in them. Is this just bs bro science/myth? If it is true, are there certain aas that would work better than others for this purpose specifically?

And again, I know nothing will work like diet and training

Complete myth. Synthol is the only thing that would do that, and that shit is stupid. AAS work from the bloodstream into the muscles, not from the injection site. Otherwise, I'd have a KILLER ass!
