where can i spot inject directly into muscles, qauds, bis, etc.
what about injecting directly into fat areas such as lower stomach

come on guys hit me up with some feedback

is it dunb to spot inject or is it just better inject in glute

you can do any major body part.. Just make sure you now where the nerves and major veins are..

Also, I wouldnt advise Intramuscular injections in your stomach.. Subcutaneous with things like GH, but I wouldnt try to go IM in your gut.
