No, I didn't notice any gains for those specific regions. I actually believe it got in the way of training. The inflammation and soreness got in the way because sometimes it was just too much to bear. It was annoying pain. I would just stick to your usual inject sites. I almost always used my glutes. Sometimes I would use my thigh but those tended to get risky with me because I would often hit something on the way in and it was the worst since I had a major anxiety attack once lol. It's not like I have small legs either. They're pretty meaty but I would always manage to hit a vein or something.
