My question to y'all is give me some examples in which the NCAA has used cartel (for those who dont know what cartel is it is a group of firms that cooperate in order to exercise monpoly or monopsony pwer over a market) to increase revenue and decrease costs...

The oil industy is a cartel and they control prices and such..Thats an example of a cartel for people who don't know.

The NCAA places schools in Divisions based on population which is the driving force behind competition and skill sets. This is in essence a formulation of Cartels to manage the reveneue / costs streams in collegiate athletics as well.

The NFL, NHL and MLBB are protected monopolies that must meet various government criteria to maintain that status.

In the US the only Legalized Cartel is the Federal Reserve which is the Money Pipeline for the nation.
