Splitting a capsule in half?

Hey all I got some Aromasin from the local pharmacy a couple of days ago....25mgs/100capsules. Was told earlier on the boards to take half EOD. Was wondering how I can do that when the aromasin is in capsule form with the powder in it. Any ideas??

Make your own capsules? Don't they have empties so you can split the contents? Anyone.....?

dump the powder out and split it up into half and half and then eat half of it....

Hmm I like the sound of take the whole thing EOD.....this should definately keep sides away. Damn I'm quick these days.....
