Split test and eq twice a week?

Right now I'm on 500mg test and 400mg eq a week. Last week was week one, and I did 500mg at once, and 400mg eq at once. Should I do them split in half (250mg and 200mg) twice a week? Which is better? Once a week all in oine shot, or twice a week split in two shots.

Personal preference....twice per week. You can get away with once per week though....but I don't enjoy 4+cc pokes.

I'd certainly go for 2x per week. 250test/200 eq on M/Th is how I like to do it. For EQ, the ester is so long that once per week vs twice doesn't make as big a difference, for test enth, the difference would be more noticeable. The less your blood levels fluctuate, the better. And the more frequent the injections, the more stable the blood level.

I would mix them and split it into 2 shots a week.

Lowest, I'm not disputing you, but why would the difference be more noticeable with test enth?
