How should someone splitt 500 mg in a day, i decided to give it a try but i'm still sceptical.How about 300 mg in the morning and 200 mg in the evening?
i did that for 800.
but take it as advised. i.e. 3 doses a day. as its very important to keep your 1-ad blood levels up.
so for 500, i suggest 2 in the morning, 1 at lunch and 2 before working out.
but in my experience, 600mg / day is great while 300mg is marginal. now i went upto 800mg / day for 2 weeks straight. and though the gains were HUGE, the sides got more annoying. at 600 and less. no sides
600mg 3 times a day. It's very important to keep uniform levels all day long. I did this for about 6 weeks with VPX EQ. Strength was up LBM was up and BF was down!
