Hello i am doing a long cycle 20 weeks (currently in week 3). I am using 1 g test (t 400) and 400mg deca weekly. I know the test is kinda high but i just dont get any sides other then a little oily skin. Its my fifth cycle and i am 240 with 18% bf. training for 5 yearsand im in my 40's. its been over 6 months since my last cycle and i was thinking about splitting the cylce in 2 -10 weeks strength..as little wieght gain as possible. then cutting the test dose in half and changeing the deca to tren (100mg 3x wk) and trying to lose 15lbs or so while maintaining my strenth. My last cycle I had significant strength loss about three months after due to a job change (loss) and inablility to train more then 2x week.
Cardio is kind of a non starter for whatever reason the eliptical and treadmill kill my knees and lower back when combined with wieghts.i do farmers walk though.
When i started cycle bench 275, dl 335 (really pitiful), no squat number.
current bench 315, dl 425, squat just started back up this week.
end of last cycle bench 335, dl 465, squat 365 x 8.
