splenda

The bag lists 1 tsp as a serving size, and therefore it shows up at 0 cals, 0 carbs. But if you use it for baking and, for example, you use a half cup - then the fillers will add up. I'll keep digging around online.

COOL thanks. cuz i would luv to know this........ and i cant find a damn thing!! This would really change my morning coffee!!! It's the only thing i have left!!! tee hee.

I will try and look too, but so far i've come up w/ zilch.

no more splenda in gluttonous doses in my coffee.

:(

Thanks for that - the reason it concerns me is becuase i drink all my coffe before my cardio in the morning. So, thanks! i will measure my splenda from now on.

Just a word of caution... if you notice an increase in headaches (like I did), this could be your culprit. It was mine.

Wouldn't stevia be better for you? It doesn't have any fillers, like sucrolose or maltodextrin or dextrose in it. It's made from stevia leaves and has fiber in it.
