Splenda Rocks!

My boss is diabetic and ordered a huge box of splenda packs for his coffee and stuff. I got some from him today and it tastes better than regular sugar. I won't ever use regular sugar again. Everyone who hasn't tried this needs to it is great and there is no aftertaste at all.

I'm a huge Splenda fan. I even had my headhunter contact johnson & Johnson about working on Splenda's PR and marketing. If they would get off their asses Splenda could take a huge chunk out of the market.

No doubt SofaGeorge, but it is slowing coming into the market. With a better marketing mix it would have taken off though.

I agree. It's going to make it to market on the strength that it is by far the best artificial sweetner that has ever been developed. You just try to grab projects like this because you can get great points on market share developed. If I work this project I will be able to retire again based on less than one year's efforts.

Mass market products that can become grocery staples are awesome cash cows. Something innovative that can go this big does not come along often.

Five years from now Splenda will beat aspartame in sales... unless something better comes out.

Sorry to Disappoint WODIE, but the leakage comes from the Olestra Oil in WOW chips..

On the back of the bag, it warns about Cramping and "LOOSE STOOLS"

The Protein I get from PFactory is sweetened with splenda and yes, it is good.

oh wait - not just that.

many various "-oses" (meaning surgars, dextrose, lactose, surcrose, etc etc) are laxitives.

my dad used to work at Merck and there are multiple times where someone replaced the sugar with something else sweet and there were many bathroom events those days

I make kool aid with splenda all the time and there are no strange bathroom trips. I don't think I even own real sugar anymore. It sucks at $6 for the huge pourable box though.
