I think 20 is right , not positive though. Foil packs , 10 pills in each. Them things are great. I dropped a ton of fat on them last year. My guy has been out of them for about 8 months. Cant wait for him to get them. I want some bad.

I've seen only boxes with 3 blisters in it, 10 tabs each.
