Spironolactone users

I just got my 5% spiro cream today, but I have no idea how often or how much to use.

Do you just get a little glob and spread it into your hair? And when do you do this? Before bed? I don't want to wear this stinky shit in my hair all day.

hehe yeah that stuff is really very stinky! I use the 2% lotion before bed time! hm it should be used very often but once a day will be enough i think *g*

Morning and night. I keep my hair buzzed so it doesn't take as much and it's easier to rub into the scalp.

I wonder if there is anything you can add to the cream to cut the smell a little?

I too am interested in how many times as I am going to be getting some soon. My last cycle left me very receded at the the temples.

The 5% shouldnt stink that I know of, the 2% topical does though.

With the 5% there is no need to use it more than once a day. I put it on after my shower, then style my hair as I normally would. Once and a while I put it on before bed.

Just take some in your fingers and rub it into your scalo. I put it all around my hairline in front and make sure to hit the read of my head as well.

I have not yet lost any hair.

I guess I'll try spreading it around the crown and temples where I'm losing most of my hair. I have so much fucking hair I can't really rub it into the rest. Sure hope this works, I can't lose my beautiful locks
