Spiralline..Amino acid from plant algae/fungus? Ever heard of it?

Hey everyone! Im not sure how to spell it, but some large dude at the gym told me about this amino acid from plant algae called spiralline. Said it was made from plankton in the ocean. He also said it had 70 grams of protein per pill! haha Looked like he knew what he was talking about until he said that shit. Find it hard to believe. Said its 20$ at GNC and he grew like crazy on the stuff. Anyone know anything about this stuff? Any feedback is greatly appreciated!!

Spirulina is interesting but it's nothing magic
Some other pills (which start with D and end with Bol will be more beneficial for growth )
