IronMan removed the body from the hospital after Spiderman killed Murlon.
Murlon followed the paramedics to the hospital and after they operated on Spiderman entered the room to consume his life force. MJ got in the way and ended up with a snapped arm. Spiderman regained consciousness long enough to jump off the bed and kill Murlon.
So far his "evolution" has consisted of all his teeth as fangs and he is able to project some kind of stingers from the bottom of his wrists ala Wolverine (though Wolvies come out of the top of his fists, Spideys under the hand at the wrist area.)
He used the stingers to pin Murlon to the floor and then with his fangs he went straight for his head and chewed/bit/crunched him to death.
