Spicy Pan Seared Scallops...

Perhaps you're right since my first pic was somehow removed. I put it back along with a pic of the green beans and risotto. Anyway, if anyone would like the recipe, let me know and I'll send it to you. The green beans were sauteed in sherry, chicken broth and lemon with garlic and shallots. The risotto is a vegetarian risotto that is quite simple and very tasty.
