Sperm count??

I have been off juice( anavar primo sust 250 winny and t3) for 8 weeks me and my wife want to try to have kids. My ? is how can I get my count back up to par. I did 3 weeks of clomid and didn't even notice anything not even more semen as some guys talk about, please help

The only way to know what your sperm count is, is to be tested at a medical facility. The amount of ejaculate means little as most of it comes from the prostate and not the testes. You can cum alot and have zero sperm count or vice versa. Did using roids make you unable to concieve childern in the future? A big hell no.

I did my clomid as follows 300mg day 100mgs for 7 days then 50mgs for 10 days thanks for the help!

this is serious shit. u cant just leave making a child to chance like this.

lay off the gear 6 months before trying for a kid. and get urself tested properly.
