Damn it man! I spent the night in the E.R. after tearing a muscle in my upper back. I was is soo much pain I could not sleep. I am fucked for 8 weeks!!!!

I am lucky in the sense that I am "off" right now but I am ending a recovery phase of PCT and now I am thinking that is shot amd I will definitely lose some gains!!!!!!!!

I am frustrated as hell!!!

Most of you know I have been preparing for the Mr. O! :supercool

probably joking about the "O" if not atleast give us a clue or i guess we will find out at the Olympia when we hear a certain somebody didnt show up due to back injury
 
There are only a dozen and a half competitors at the Mr O so i doubt he is one of them, I think he's joking

Anyway, hang in there dude, muscle tears really suck, but they are part of the game, take it easy, and don't get addicted to painkillers...that's how a lot of BBer end up being hooked.
 
That licks balls man. I feel your pain. Ya like BA said, take it easy on the pain killers. Get a good muscle relxant, and use the famous combo of weed + red wine. Damn that is a miracle combination for pain. Just make sure that the wine dosent interfere with anything else you are on. It was the only way that I was able to sleep after I dislocated my shoulder. The pain kept me up almost 24/7, I would sleep maybe 2 hrs per day ... sitting up. As soon as I would lay down, I could feel my shoulder pulling out of the socket. Fuckin sucked dood! You just gotta bite the bullet and wait it out though.
 
Yes. A couple of suggestions. I just might consider a short term Steroid recovery plan - you might be able to get something nice out of your doc like a Deca shot or two! Also, concerning where there tear is, you might want to consider SOME leg exercises (Not squats but stuff where the leg muscles are more isolated.) You may even want to try one of those new exercise bokes where you are almost lying down in them. Thanks and good luck, Alan.

Thanks for the words, I went to have bood drawn today to have all my levels checked. I already feel like I am 150 lbs!
