Spending $120 a month on Energy Drinks...help

I'm pretty new to this whole supplement thing, but I am drinking 2 monster energy drinks a day and it is KILLING my pocketbook! They surely get your wired though

Anyone got any ideas on how to get the same results cheaper?

if you want you could make your own energy drinks...read the label on most of these drinks..they contain a masive amount of caffeine..

just buy a normal sports drink, and buy a bottle of anhydrous caffeine powder, or tablets..bingo,,an energy drink..



always consult a physician before starting any supplement regimen.

But, yeah a simple ECA stack would be a lot cheaper too.

energy drinks are horrible for you anyways, they arent a supplement either like a lot of people tend to think. stick to natural energy sources, i.e. food. i used to drink 2 sobe no fears a day, and then i realized they were killing my bank account, so i stopped, and i actually feel a lot better all around. better sleep, no crashing at night, and they also messed up my digestion.
