i only got 3 hours of sleep last night, so i was exhausted but i felt good though.
Speed Bench - 155lbs x 10 x 3.
Speed OHP - 115lbx x 4 x 1.
Standing Front Tate Presses - 35's x 4 x 6.
Rev Grip Pressdowns - 60lb x 3 x 15.
Delt raise combo - 5lbs each hand for 20 front/side/and rear delt raise. 2 sets of 60 total.
pull down abs - 120lbs x 3 x 10.
felt pooped and went home. now time to swain some pancakes and go to bed.
