Does an old batch mean it is no good. The expiry date is 2005. And I think it has already started working for me. I get hot flushes a few times a day which is generally in the face. And if I am accurate, and not just hoping, I have lost a few inches. Not lots but I just started 2 weeks ago. How long should a woman (23 years old), do this stuff for? I was thinking 10-12 weeks. How long to go off?
 
Well I would think it would be fine...Gear is usually good to go for a few years after the exp.date....If you don't mind me asking why are you running it ? are you getting ready for a contest ? What does your diet and Training look like ?
 
I am using this just to see what I can do. Summer is coming and I want to lose 3-5% bodyfat. (currently I am 17%) My training is lots of cardio, 2 hours a day, plus lifting 45 minutes 5 days a week. My diet isnt the greatest, but is definitly improving every day, as I find my body wont let me eat crap anymore. I eat my protein, carbs etc. and I eat pretty healthy, however, I love to have a little dessert after supper each day. Nothing too big but a little something sweet. I am injecting .5 ml/mg 3x a week. Its the Spectro winny. Is this all good enough?
 
Well don't take this the wrong way...But the winny will do nothing for you if you are eating dessert everyday...90%of all gains wether it be cutting or bulking, come from a good solid diet....
 
Tracy AAS are just a single part of a effective training regime. Just ONE part. They are an aid in anabolism, not a guarentee of it.

All the parts of your bb endeavours must be correct. Enough sleep every night, 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of LBM along with enough calories and nutrition every day to add muscular bw AND intense yet intelligent training. The AAS are just an addition to this. If everything else is not there you will be rather disapointed in the results of your cycle.
