well the jury is in. . . . spectro is the way to go.

it would now seem that our friends at the DEA have/will add implants to thier list of no-no's. schdule III i believe.

so there is no advanage in buying implantes with leagal reguard.

additionaly, now that the implants are going to be a black market item, the prices will soon skyrocket. . . however i don't forsee spectro prices going up SINCE THEY DON'T USE THE IMPLANTS!
