Just wondering i seen this dudes at my gym who come like 2-3 x a week,i dont go on wednesday so i whouldn't know if they train on wednesday but this 1 dude who i see on monday and friday does the same routine,he looks like he rides bikes, big upper body but his training is different its the same on those days and its done in about 30mins and he is out

1)Hammer Strength
2)Bench
3)Shoulder Press
4)Pullovers are these known as skull crushers also?
5)Bicip Curl or whaeva
does a few sets and he leaves...he is good for his age about 35-40 big chest and somewha defined lats .

is this a specific training method to train the same thing? 3x a week?

and this other dude who is LEAN and BUILT looks natural to me does everything in the gym he jumps around from chest to shoulders to chest to back to chest to shoulders

wtf how do this people train like that and look so built and stuff:/

circuit style training probably.

there are tons of different ways to train. many of them can illicit a growth response. as long as its different to the body, the body will attempt to adapt.

and yes, 30 min can be all thats necessary to grow. long gone are the days of 2 hour workouts.

It sounds like some variation of HIT. My goal in the gym is 45 minutes. I just split my routine (again) so I could keep my work outs short; I have slowly been adding sets and my work outs were getting up to an hour and 15 minutes.
