Specific Shoulder training

There is a slight hunch on one side of my shoulder (old football injury). What specific shoulder exercise can I do to help "pull" or straighten my shoulder back more?
 
I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but make sure you're hitting all parts of your delts. That will prevent injury. I personally have really weak rear delts because I never trained them, and now I train them 2x/wk because strength imbalances lead to injury.
