I cycle my drinking. I have about 2 'heavy' days a week and otherwise don't drink. like in dallas I arrived loaded. took friday off. drank it up saturday and left sober sunday. anyhow

I take both unleashed and the post-cycle product from protein factory daily
and double up the liver protectant post-cycle sup on a drinking day

I monitor my liver enzymes quite regular
interestingly my liver enzymes were modestly elevated during my 9 year sober period
and they are the same since I started drinking again in 2001
they're really not out of line when you consider as a bodybuilder I have a protein rich diet
and that combined with the trauma to muscles will elevate liver enzymes

I've seen liver specialists and consider myself squarely informed about liver related issues
