Soy beans itself naturally have estrogen prohormones and you cant escape it unless you eat fermented soy. Like I said, stuff like miso and soy sauce are the ones that are fermented. Tofu, soy milk, soy protein, soy beans, and etc are NOT fermented.
In ancient times, soy products were only eaten in times of famine to prevent starving to death. Japanese women fed their husbands tofu when they suspected their husbands of having an affair (haha).
Protein in water will be absorbed faster. Unless you have digestion problems, it will all get absorbed.
