SOY protein bad??

when i asked a friend of mine about soy protein and estrogen he said the only concern was with isoflavone supplements NOT with soy itself b/c the isoflavone levels are so low.

i have been trying to get my protein up where it should be and i felt like i was actually getting bulked faster with the soy protein, but i stopped b/c guys here thought it was too estrogenic.

anyone have any ideas?
 
I really dont mind since i'm mostly using protein while on juice so that means I'm taking arimidex......
 
Man, I got gyno from Soy Protein! I´ve run EQ, PRIMO and WINNY with no anti-e and nothing happened!

between my last two cycles I took Soy protein and...Damn...I didnt know how high were estrogen levels in soy...I paid a price...

and now Im worried about run Test in my next cycle...I hope some Nolva can help me...

Good point Manny. For a second there I was worried, as I eat a lot of Soy Protien pasta!
 
Guys,

Soy protien sucks from a PER (Protein Efficency Ratio) perspective. It has to do with the amino acid composition of the protein. Animal proteins are a lot better for building muscle (Animal protein has more of the AA that we humans need)

Stick with Whey, Eggs, Beef, Chicken, Fish and Milk if you can swing it. (AND IN THAT ORDER)

Almonds and Soy are fine for a little snack but don't count them as protein......or cut their value in half when considering your total protein for the day.
