Ok. With regards to the thread by only1eagle about post workout protein, i suggested he take soy, but ive had mixed views about whether its good or bad for you as a whole. Does anybody actually know if its good or bad????
soy = very bad for the reasons mentioned above. I do eat soy products - there are some nice low carb bread substitutes out there but for protein intake I stick with whey and casein
I have also read a few studies on excessive soy intake (over a long period of time) and neurological problems.
