Personally, I wouldn't eat that unless I was starving and there wasn't any food around for 50 miles; Ergo, if you're trying to get lean... that will NOT help you.
On the otherhand, eating it once will not kill you.
I wouldn't reccomend making it a part of one's diet. Eat a few cups of brocolli... that's good stuff right there

Hmm, sourdough bread or a few cups of brocolli??? that's a toughy!!! I guess I can do without my sourdough... BRING on the BROCOLLI!!!
But what do you guys eat for a morning starting breakfest?? I normally eat a piece of wholegrain (sugar free) bread and a banana... what do you all have?
You ask what we eat for breakfast (or our 1st meal of the day)... but remember, you do not know the goals of the people that type their meals unless they tell you... nor do we know your goals.
This morning was half ass: 2 scoops protein powder with Udo's and a dash of fruit juice, and the rest water.... then a table spoon of ANPB.
I'm cutting right now. There are tons of meal plans on this board, look around you'll find a plethra of good foods to eat and meal timing plans.
Avoid breads containing "enriched wheat flour" or "unbleached flour," as this may mean that the bread is actually made with refined flour. Instead, look for breads made with 100 percent whole wheat or other whole grains, and always choose those with at least 3 grams of fiber per slice. Also, try to avoid bread containing a lot of added sugar or hydrogenated oils.
Since your bread has both unbleached enriched wheat flour and high fructose corn syrup, I would say it's a no-no.
