I'll maintain my position on this matter.
To those unitiated, I will go further to state from experience:
1. Sources (foreign or domestic): Credible one day, discredited the next. The best don't advertise; they don't have to.
2. Foreign Sources: One day happy, the next day out of business. With notable exceptions, the most reliable also keep a low profile. They are the serious players in general.
3. Users and Mod-Sources: At risk, whether they deal strictly domestically or are involved in international trade. The bigger they are, the harder they can fall. WU transfer information, email correspondence, controlled deliveries, information stored electronically on end-user machines, etc.
4. Interpol. It needs to justify it's budget, just like certain domestic and foreign enforcement agencies and make a few showcase roundups, even if they have more important priorities.
5. "Approved Sources." Judge for yourselves. Understand how they become "approved" - in general. Watch their behavior. Watch how the mod communicates his "backing." Watch on the boards how people suddenly appear and say "HEY, HE'S A GREAT GUY AND ALWAYS COMES THROUGH WITHOUT A HITCH!" Watch how some attacks occur against reputable guys, like that "anthrax attack" on anabolex.com recently - motivated by nothing other than competitive discontent.
I'll reserve any further comments. Some people get the point, some don't.
