Source for barrels and needles

I just did some of my last equipoise out of a vial. I was trying to squeeeeze my last .5 cc out. When I injected, i realized that probably MOST of that was still in the barrel even with the plunger fully pushed in.

I probably shouldda left more air in before I spiked, I know.

But, are there just better barrels available that leaves less in the head of it? And if so... are they available for individual sale?

All syringes are universal. You going to have the same size barrel no matter the brand.
