"My wife has uncontrolled epileptic seizures. These cause her to have 'absence spells' which cause her to lose all inhibitions. In a seizure she may take her clothes off, fart loudly and walk naked wherever she is."

that sort of disinhibition can occur when someone suffers from bipolar disorder, schitzophrenia or dementia too

.. she must have a bit of a shock when she comes to, and discovers herself butt naked and farting in the middle of the highstreet
