but I have a fitness related question......

How in the hell can you accurately measure your body fat the same way each time? I can measure my self a dozen times and get 12 different readings......is there a trick to it?
 
Do you use calipers? How many sites? If you do it yourself, it can be pretty tough. I guess practice is the key. I take each reading 3 times and take the average. You have to practice enough to become consistent though.
 
I think the nine site may be a bit more accurate, but you can't do it on yourself because it includes sub-scapular and suprilliac. If you do it the same way each time, 3 site is fine. After all, the number is not the most important thing, making progress is.

True...but did you miss that I can diet for 10 minutes between measurements and drop my bf 3 points? LOL....I know what you mean though...I just must suck at it.
