Sorry, more questions about Clen and T3

Thinking about doing clen and t3.

I'm currently dieting already. Doing 2100 cal diet of 45%pro, 25%carb, and 30%fat five days a weeks and 2600 cal diet 35%pro, 50%carb, and 15%fat two days a week. I have one cheat day every two weeks where I do drink alcohol a bit if that matters.

For clen if I start at say 10mcgs first day and build to 80mcgs by the end of the first week is that enough? Do I need to ramp down by the end of the second week? What would be a good start for the 2nd and 3rd cycle? I heard that you should only run clen for 6 weeks, so that's only three cycles right? How long should you stay off afterwards? Would I need to change my diet for this? Already know about the taurine.

For t3 I can't really find any info on how much would be needed at all. Is it cycled too? Is there a certain ratio that I should use with clen? Another question is if it's worth it? A lot of people seem to think it sucks. I don't want to be messed up after and I would rather play it safe than sorry. Same thing about dietary concerns.

BTW, going with AG products. Any help with this would be great. Thanks!
 
For the Clen you should do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I'd start to 20 mcg, then bump it up 20 mcg's every 2 days until to find your tolerance level (with AG Clen I couldn't go much past 100 mgc's a day, some people feel fine with 160...). Once you find your tolerance you can stay at that level, and there is no need to ramp down.

T3 you need to be careful with. If you fuck up you could mess up your thyroid (metabolism) for life. Most recommend that you shouldn't stay on T3 for any longer than 6 weeks. You need to ramp up and down carefully to make sure your thyroid gland is functioning properly when you stop taking T3.

I recently did the following for T3 (with Clen and Fina):

Days 1-4: 25 mcg
Days 5-8: 50 mcg
Days 9-12: 75 mcg
Days 13-16: 100 mcg
Days: 17-20: 75 mcg
Days 21-24: 50 mcg
Days 25-28: 25 mch
Days 29-32: 12.5 mcg

This was only for 32 days, so if you wanted to extend just make it 5 days at each dose instead of 4 days.

As for diet, ratios look fine, as long as you eat clean you should be ok...

There is a ton of info out there about both Clen and T3, just search a little and you'll find it.
 
When I start back up on Clen do I start back at 100? Is there a point where I should stop using it for a while like t3? How long is a safe waiting period before starting t3 again?

You could try and see how you feel. I'd try starting at 60 or 80 and then ramping up to whatever your tolerance level is, I don't think there is much need to ramp up from 20 mcg's everytime you do it once you know your tolerance level IMO.

With T3 I'd take at least 6 weeks off before starting again.

And as far as how long on Clen...bump for anyone else's thoughts, I'm not sure. I don't typically do more than 3 cycles of 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Then I take a break for a couple months.

How did this cycle go? I'm just starting the same. Just wondering kinda what to expect.
