have you figured out anything to relieve soreness especially if its been a few days? what about your thoughts on Lglutamine i dont think ive noticed anything from it dont tell me to take tyenol or anybs like that becuase i dont take pharmaceuticals unless it has something to do with androgens or anabolic hahaha

Some people like L-Glutamine, and some people also like baking soda and water. I've never had luck with any of those though. I have found that regular stretching and some massaging helps me alot. The massages with happy endings are the best. :)

hahah i agree brah massaging actually increases bloodflow and helps break away toxins which have built up. also sauna or steam bath which raises bp relaxes muscle pulls toxins is good for you but im too lazy to screw with the sauna its overfilld and so it heats the pool to jeez

Please don't take this the wrong way, but what is wrong with dealing with the soreness?

sauna does wonders for me bro. And when I used to play football ice baths helped.
Also try a deep tissue massage

oh nothing is wrong with it but if there were a way when such pains disturb your work...driving...or sexlife like my damn calves cramping up when i was boning my bimbo hahha

believe or not there is a study out there showing caffeine reduces soreness, and from my experience it helps a little. Tren works too, lol.

too be honest ive tried many things to help my muscle recovery. L-glutamine, BCAA5050 and R.E.M matrix...stacked them together and nothing. I know i have poor muscle recovery but too be honest i think the supp companies are ripping us off on post-workout shneez. i think everyone should just learn to except their bodies...i cant remember the last time my legs werent sore.
